    I found another method to cut the cake. First, cut the cake in half, than in half from that to get quaters. Than, line all the quaters behind each other (so all the imaginary cuts between the eighths will line up) and cut all the quaters in half.

    I think the real reason the old lady should have been done for insurance fraud is that she is claiming on her FAMILY'S jewellery which SHE is not entitled to claim for as it is not her's.

    Also, how do you go about hammering 1 nail DIRECTLY ON TOP of another??????

    #2 is wrong, not all cakes are "symmetrical" inside. Layered cakes can be completely different inside therefor each person would not receive identical cakes.

    For the cake the first thing I thought of was slice the cake in half then stack both halves and slice it down the middle and stack all four quarters and slice it down the middle. Its smashed cake but hey its equal. Besides why would there be a limit to the amount of slices anyways?
