Even though I am usually skilled in finding cheap tricks, #5 and #1 stumped me. The others were easy for me.

On the first one I thought it was because he went in the elevator to get to his actual room.

1: "Well, obviously a man who thought the room was his would've used a key! And even if he'd had his wife in the room, a man who mistook a room for his own would've tried the doors next to that one instead of just leaving and immediately going down the elevator." Ooh i got it. :3
2: "Gotta be the British Radio Officer. 48 hours from NOW would imply that he only JUST contacted port, which would give him the fifteen or so minutes to do whatever he wanted." Oh… i totally forgot about what the Japanese flag looked like… It didn't even sound suspicious. Just the Radio Officer.
3: "These numbers make no sense by themselves, they need something to match with. Unless you turn it upside down. Bill is the culprit." HAH! I agree, that is more definitely the LAZIEST thing i've ever seen.
4: "Okay, the Butler and the Lifeguard rule out because they're with somebody. No way the kids are in on it. The maid seems most suspicious because, cleaning the house, gotta be found… BUT Tony was found this MORNING, meaning that it was the maid who most likely found him. But glancing at the postman, and seeing that it is SUNDAY, makes the postman even more suspicious.. Who delivers mail on a SUNDAY? I think it's the postman, because the sleeping wife makes sense it's the morning. The cook makes sense, one needs breakfast in the morning. That only leaves the postman." :3
5: "Well then the woman must still be alive. No witnesses, no prints, no murder weapon, there's no way the cops can pin this on the woman's husband.. if the woman was dead. If she's alive, she can gab all she wants." Oh… that makes sense.
I really liked that, that was fun. 🙂
