not really a puzzle. the ppl in the first pic are drawn taller and more stretched out so that small sections can be takenout of a couple drawings, without being noticed, to make up 1 new person

i have a answer you moved one whole men from the right side and just kept his extremely down part from his foot so when from the left side men came on that part the men doubled and also because the men on the left side had no forehead.see the man wearing black west from the right side

Essentially it just took pieces out of each man and made another one with it. Now you have 13 smaller men. Its the same as that dumb chocolate bar trick.

Its because they all get a piece taken out of them at different points in their body. These additional pieces are used to make the 13th person. If u switch from the one with 12 people in it, they are all slightly taller than the one with 13 people in it.

Solution to the problem: First observe the picture closely. When the left part and right part are exchanged, The left most person is almost left full but 5 person parts are still moved. These would fit on top of 5 people from the right group. When the right group moves towards the left there are 7 right body parts. In those 7 parts, 2 are exchanged with two others in the same right group. That would leave 5 right parts. As the left group require only 4 parts(One left person is almost complete),These 5 right parts are put on the top of 4 left body parts. As one of them from right group is a full man, He doesn't require a matching body part from the left group. There emerges the extra man:-) ,the second man from top left after the shuffle.

The two culprits in this puzzle: The person at the extreme left and the second person from top left after the shuffle.

Comments from others like everyone of them looses a small part are not correct.

Easy it comes from his hair when it is formed creating an illusion of 13 people the 2nd man doesn't have a head so it doesn't count even if it counted that means they can fit perfectly with the other people's face hence 13 people come to play. That is all like so we can show the explanation to this uploader guy(uploader isn't a real word I made it up) XD :p

clever illusion, but in principle really quite simple. the key is just to look at the line where it gets "cut". you can see that, in the first still, there are 12 heads above that line (or just hair; sometimes the cutoff is close. look carefully. maybe pause at 0:33 to count more easily). this number remains the same in both images, of course, because those are the only pieces above the cutoff line. but you'll notice that there is one dude (far left, bottom) in the second image whose hair does not extend above that cutoff line, which creates the thirteenth person. that's the puzzle. it's quite simple.

the guy in the bottom left corner donates the very tip of his hair to the guy on the bottom second from the furthest right, but when they switch his hair is moved, but no one else's hair replaces it. instead they use that opportunity to move one guy in the back to make there be more. just watch the guy in the bottom left, and I'm sure you can figure it out from there, but it's hard to put into words

theory 2 please pay attention they are merging two frames so when the behind frame is completely black so when they use the black shirts nickers the frame behind will cover the black parts so they use this to build outline and shirts or nickers for the new person
