40 million dollar budget for a short film come one. keep it real, we did a full indie film for less than 50k.

Sorry, how in the world does the camera on the DJI Inspire look better than a film camera? There is no way they recorded to the internal codec of the DJI camera. Can you elaborate on what and how you recorded the footage? Did you output to a higher res bypassing the internal codec of the camera?

Would really love to see a BTS on the colour grading and correction. Thats where the 2nd half of this cinematic look is made. I've seen this camera's footage in the hands of prosumers and looks nothing like this footage. just like you're average home video stuff. This looks like a real film, I'm afraid myself or most people buying this camera may never have the expertise to make footage look this good. Given it's price point, if DJI were to provide a CG tut, you'd probably outsell cameras like the SF7, C300 and Scarlet etc…

Is there a way to get a copy of the 3D printed handle design? Would love to implement the handoff into some of our shots. Thanks!

The constant and LOUD fan noise coming from the drone (even when not flying) makes it almost impossible to record a professional sound on set. It would make so much sense if DJI could make a "handheld" feature decreasing the noise when recording video. Otherwise, it's just a drone. Which is extremely sad in my opinion, since the image quality is much superior than any DSLR.

how good is cdng compared to raw from this cam? Seems like it needs lots of gears (affordable though). Nice movie, but what does great depression have to do with this?
