Working as a member of a team is the ultimate goal for an organization looking to be an industry leader in their specific industry. This video combines both motivation and inspiration in order to demonstrate what can happen if people put personal accolades aside in the workplace in order to work together. When you work as a team and feel like you are part of a team the possibilities are endless. Personal goals are important, but team goals should be a top priority, as they will have the most impact on employee morale. That is why it is important to develop talent from within, and when you have that team first approach the opportunities for success increase dramatically. If only every organization adopted this philosophy, we would be much better off as a society.

In any team sport you can have the best individual records, but if the team loses was it a successful experience? If you ask any athlete who is an "individual" they would take the higher pay check and personal awards, but if you ask a "team player" they will take less money with no personal awards in order to be a world champion. What would you rather have a higher paycheck and a horrible work environment to work in or would you like to work for a great employer who values and appreciates you everyday with adequate but not excellent pay?

The leaders in your company are at the beginning and the end of this debate. The culture that they help shape is a direct reflection of what their overall message and leadership style is. The companies that work well together and value their employees usually thrive in most cases. When you have leaders who believe in a team first approach, there are usually many positive impacts that occur throughout the organization.

Have you bought the rights to the sound track? This is a track that I'm pretty sure isn't royalty free (it has been used in a number of films). I'm all for sharing inspirational videos, but charging (or donation) or any form of making money is actually a criminal offense as far as I can tell. I'm happy to be wrong, but as far as I can see, this doesn't look like it had a very big budget (if a budget at all).
