    I don't understand why Ross Shafer was never a huge star. He had one crack at it but it didn't work out for some reason. A real shame.

    Maria Garcia's will to please and the way she treats every customer with the same positive, caring attitude sends the message that she loves to deliver the best possible experience to each guest every time. That's huge in my opinion, because there are not enough people in the world who are like that. When I think of hospitality, Maria Garcia pops into my mind because she knows how to treat a guest, and understands and appreciates how important every guest really is.

    This is Excellent Customer service when there is someone that goes a extra mile to make sure the customer is happy . I wish we all could get great customer service when we need it . Yes she definitely deserves a raise. Job Well Done!

    I only wish there were a LOVE button for this awesome story! Having worked in retail for many years and having been a customer for many more years, it's nice to hear a story of customer appreciation for someone having gone the extra mile for them! Also good to hear when management appreciates and rewards a diligent employee who really cares about pleasing the customer!

    Great story told masterfully by a real pro. The only sad thing is how hard the company made Ross work to share his feedback. How many times should a happy customer have to tell their story before a company does something with it? They forgot the first rule of customer feedback: Make it easy and convenient for your customers to give you feedback.
