Fabulous Creations Inspired By Nature

When you surround yourself with nature, you generally find yourself feeling a lot more calmer than you usually would, so this exquisite little plant necklace would be a great way for you to carry a bit of peace with you, wherever you go. Pop a little succulent into it, or a bright flower from your garden, and be prepared to chat to many admiring strangers.

10 – Green with envy…
Lazing around on fresh green grass, with the rays of sunshine warming you up to that perfect temperature and birds tweeting in the background – it sounds just perfect doesn’t it? So, why not try and make that feeling las by growing your own green bed – I just hope the ants and bugs don’t find their way there too!

9 – Roll out the red carpet…
Or in this case, the green carpet! This green grass carpet is running through a little village in France, and was created by artist, Gaelle Villedary. This grass carpet was placed for the village to celebrate their harmony with nature and it did just that. Using 1500 feet of turf, visitors can feel like they’re a celebrity whilst walking along this green carpet.

8 – Green grass of home…
I admire any artist who uses nature for their end result, because they have to patience in bucket loads. These moss graffiti artists included, and the interesting thing about this type of art, is that it is forever changing. Some may come out perfectly, others might struggle to grow, and some could be victim to the forces of nature.

7 – Sitting Pretty…
Michel Bussein can be credited for this bizarre growing chair! It’s made from plastic, and sits on top of a planter with willow trees growing right through the legs. It definitely makes a statement, but be sure to keep some garden shears handy, as it will need constant trimming.

6 – Keeping up appearances…
When there’s a drought, your lawn of course is one of the first things to suffer, and goes all brown and hard and doesn’t look good at all. Well, that’s a thing of the past. The latest trend is to spray paint the grass green. This has been seen in California, South Africa and no doubt – other places too. It’s a natural earth pigment, in case you were worried about the spray harming animals.

5 – At one with nature…
All the time! These grass flip flops look super comfortable!

4 – Hanging about…
What a wonderful combination you have right here! This grass hammock is thanks to Netherlands based designed studio, Toer and it called the Field Hammock. So, you can have the best of both worlds.

3 – Growing trend…
Is to combine nature with every day regular items, just like has been done here with this very pretty bicycle wire lock. I never thought I’d describe it as pretty, but I suppose it’s never been manufactured to look like ivy, has it? It was designed by Sono Mocci, and is soft and has a natural feel to it.

2 – Green Green…
Hello? Ok, hopefully I get points for trying! There are loads of novelty cellphone covers available for to thooce from, and show your unique and funky personality – but this one is one of the more unusual ones I’ve ever seen! The Shibaful lush lawn iPhone case feels exactly like a lawn, which is fabulous… but what would make it even more amazing, would be if it smelt like freshly cut lawn too!

1 – An oldie, but a goodie…
These head planters have been around for decades, but they never lose their appeal with children. They have become a lot trendier though, with various greenery options and even being able to put a photograph of your choice on the pot plant holder. Time for a trim!
