Guided Meditation: Becoming One With Nature – Peaceful Sea, Wind, Tree and Rain

A guided meditation during which we will merge with nature and realize that we carry its magic inside of us. It will help you relax, let go and enjoy the flow.

Guided meditation is a form of meditation when a participant is verbally guided by an instructor. It helps the participant clear their mind and relax their body by concentrating on their breathing and focusing their awareness and attention. This form of mental exercise can aid practitioners in gaining the ability to have more awareness over their mental processes. Mindfulness techniques help participants accept their feelings, emotions and thoughts. It is a method used in psychotherapy in certain patients, as it can help with handling emotions and thoughts.

The narrator sounds like a computer voice system… a nice one, but still. Can't get into the nature through the robot voice.
