Introvert vs. Extrovert: Aligning Your Mission With Your Nature

Join Life Mastery Accelerator:

In this video I share with you that the secret to success is aligning your mission with your nature. Your nature is your “go to” disposition; it’s the skin that you are most comfortable in. We tend to categorize ourselves as being either introverted or extroverted.

What is your nature? One is not better than the other. It all comes down to your unique personality type. When you know where your strengths lie, aligning your mission with your nature is easy. Your strengths are the things that you do effortlessly. When you know what you excel at, it can help you create the most effective path to aligning your mission with your nature.

At the end of the day, it doesn’t really matter if you’re an introvert, extrovert, or someone in-between. All that matters is that you are aligning your mission with your nature. In the words of Oprah Winfrey, “Align your personality with your purpose, and no one can touch you.”

Aligning your mission with your nature is a winning combination. Does being alone recharge your energy or do you get energy from surrounding yourself with people? There is no right or wrong, and it is totally possible that you may express qualities from both types, depending on the situation you find yourself in. Nevertheless, when you know which type you resonate with the most, you will be better able to find environments that allow you to leverage your strengths and live out your mission. Don’t try to be someone that you are not. When you live in alignment with your truth, everything flows more effortlessly! What is your true nature?

I am an extrovert but I love writing. However, I always have trouble taking action and actually writing because I always want to be around people. I want to publish on Kindle but I also want to work with people. I have no idea how to combine that.

I was just talking about this!! I am a teacher and personal trainer. Both suck the energy out of me. But I am good at both and they both fulfill me. However I am so drained at the end of each day.

There's a personality test called the Myers Briggs test, where you can do a quiz to find out which one of the 16 different personality types you most are.
It factors in introvert/extravert, emotional/logical thinking.
This helped me better understand both myself and others.

This is incredible knowledge Stefan! Thank you so much for sharing it! This video allowed me to connect the dots with why I struggled to do sales for a long period of time, and being an introvert even though I wanted to be able to do sales long term, it just wasn't going to align with my future and vision for myself. Great realization!

I am more of an introvert and struggle with my current profession because i interact with people all day and when i get home i immediately want alone time. That's why I am motivated to be my own boss and create an environment i am more comfortable in. Thanks for the video!

YES! I'm an introvert. I own a yoga studio and teach yoga and am also a writer. I love to teach, but can only do so much of it or I'm exhausted. The networking part of owning a business is my least favorite part. As a writer, it's like my well fills as I work. I'm alone and inside my head.

I'm an Introvert, I like beeing alone and I gain energy when I'm by myself.

I still have no problems to speak in front of people or intergrate me in groups (I learned those extroverted skills).
