Idk how I feel about purposely putting all the microbes on my scalp …. letting it sit like that would permit hella microbial growth and it smells. Thanks for keeping it real.

You don't need to rinse out rice water UNLESS it's fermented.

Sooooo….. I have been rinsing with fermented rice water for three months now…..
    Once every week actually!
Soooooo…. why haven’t I gotten ANY GROWTH other than regular growth which is about half an inch ????
    I think it’s faulty

How long does it take to start seeing results from the rice water? I lost a lot of hair recently from trying to detangle my hair after a long hospital stay. I need help fast.

argan life is so effective for hair growth , repairing damaged hair and has even surpassed the other wellknown hair care products in popularity is because it is not only rich in vitamin E, but it also contains Omega 3 and Omega 9 unsaturated fatty acids that provides nutrition to hair.

I noticed that Amla is in the shampoo that you used. I love to use Amla powder both in my juice smoothies (because is very high in anti-oxidants and in vitamin c) and in my diy hair oils. It can really help to make 4c hair much more manageable. You can buy food grade amla powder online. You simply mix it (infuse) with argan oil (my favorite hair/skin oil- I buy my argan from Bulk Apothecary. com at a good price) strain the powder out after a few days and use the oil on moist hair. I use about two to three tablespoons of the amla powder to about 10-16 oz of oil. It can be added to any hair oil that you choose and it will soften the hair and make detangling of the hair a lot easier. I knew that it was working when my kids asked me to use it on their hair to make combing out their hair less trying. I had seen amla in several varieties of indian hair oils and products so, since I already had been using it as a dietary superfood in my smoothies, I decided to try to make my own hair concoction and it turned out to be a very helpful hair product to have on hand.
Thanks for sharing your experiences. Blessings and true Light sister 🙂

Your hair came out gorg, but you have gorg hair anyway!! I think I'll pass on rice water. It just looks weird and too much effort. I think that there are better things to add to my Natural Hair care regiment. Just one gal's opinion!!
