For me it depends on the season where I go, to unwind. At summer which is really hot here in my country I love to spend early mornings or late nights in my back garden drinking coffee with my husband , especially in the night I love to watch the sky and the stars it really calms me down! Autumn and winter we go for long walks in the seafront ,nearby park, sometimes in the city centre on Sundays when everything is closed and quiet! or we head to the country side! Finally, at spring time I love to tend my garden digging here and there watching my flowers or vegetables grow! Gardening can be really calming! We have a small vegetable patch that we grow different produce every season! By the way, I really enjoy your vlogs!

Are u interested in sprituality? If so then check out for the videos of Osho and Sadhguru. They are two different mystic saints. They are absolutely fabulous. It's worth watching them.

Day by day I am loving ur videos. Being an lndian I am glad that u are including something in ur daily life which has deeper roots in Indian culture. But at the same time it's sad to see that many of the Indians are trying to be westernized when indian culture has so much to offer them.

Love the vlog! It's nature for me too – usually either walking my dogs in the woods or spending time in my wildlife garden.

Just one question (no hate, you're gorgeous!!)
But why are you having, like, the blueberries in plastic? Were they from the other people in your house?
And again a super great and aesthetically pleasant vlog! Can't wait for the recipies!

Gotta love the ole Cutty Sark. Great wee spot Greenwich is. I get so rejuvenated when I go out into nature walking my dogs on the trails near home (Wanaka 🇳🇿 New Zealand)

Nature is definitely a winner for me and helps soothe my anxiety and other mental ailments! Anywhere with trees really…the sound of wind rustling through leaves has an instant calming effect. Beautiful vlog x

I feel exactly the same, I spent yesterday in a park near me with lots of new born baby swan and just to hear nothing but nature really calms me down.
