    I liked this practice a lot; did a 15 km hike on Sunday and felt sore – now I'm centered. Thanks Anita 🙂

    One of my favorite practices you have put together… and I’ve practiced with you a lot on YouTube! I felt like I was in nature with all of the cute animals in the video. Haha! A great message and a great flow for loosening up. My hips needed it!

    I loved this. It really helped to loosen some sharp knots in my right glute and lower back (ohhh that lovely pigeon and mermaid!!). The only thing is that I found the mirror directions, when facing you, a bit confusing but then I have a literal mind ha ha. Thank you so much Anita.

    Such a loving flow. This was my first time doing an "Ohm". and I loved it all! I love the reference to the earth and trees. Such a special flow. I also enjoyed the suggestion to legs resting up against the wall during savasana. Namaste
