    You could have mentioned that the side of the Virchow node is important. Left sided nodes are more indicative of abdominal cancer while right sided are more indicative of thoracic cancer.

    Quick comment with my recommendations for new videos if you could:
    1. Heart sounds/murmurs and maneuvers
    2. Anemias
    3. Cardiovascular physiology (CO, SV, TPR, after load, pre load, etc)
