The most brilliant mind in the 20th century. The other one was at the other side of the battlefront.

Churchill was a paedophile who sold out his countrymen to jews. Now London is minority white British.

Surely this is a fucking joke? How many Churchill movies in the last 10 years? Churchill, Darkest Hour, Into The Storm, Gathering Storm. Why is it all Britain makes is Churchill, Royal Family and Victorian movies, while Hollywood makes big blockbusters and romantic comedies. How come there's hardly any movies actually about modern Britain, the music, fashion, minorities, culture, style? This elitist, upper class bullshit pisses me off.

We need this Prime Minister in our Ukraine to encourage our nation to fight against Putin's regime. I am not British, but after such a great speach I want to fight against anything that stands in my way!

Britain's war effort in 1940 is not talked about enough. Literally, the whole future of the World depended on it succeeding as they fought alone.

One of the unspoken reasons why France has been through such terrible things during WWII is because it didn't have its monarchy and very honorable leaders as King and Prime Minister like the United Kingdom had. George VI and Sir Winston Churchill were true national heroes who did so much for the fight and resistance of their country. No one should ever forget this.

at a time when we are loosing the war against Islam, it is good for morale to have us reminded of a victory against fellow Europeans.. hopefully this movie will remind people Trump is literally Hitler and even though 80% of Germans want border control, Angela Merkel is the True Face™ of Democracy. Praise Allah Germany didn't have transexuals in the military or we would all be speaking German!

Churchill's original speech brings home the condition of the country / empire at that time, given the British were an extraordinarily proud people at that point in in History following the centuries of success enjoyed on so many platforms, in his original speech you can hear the slur in the voice of the Lion, personification of the drunken angry state of a badly beaten but still standing country, set to lose the remainder of liberty and existence, with pride and moral in tatters and still rattling from shock defeats at German hands both politically and militarily in the months leading up to this time, this was a truly inspiring speech that i feel had considerable impact on German High Commands willing to undertake a full invasion of the British Isles. Eloquence at its finest, rousing an entire country to take it 'to the end'.

If this trailer is anything to go by, Gary Oldman’s performance surely is Oscar-worthy. I feel that Oldman and Dench (Victoria and Abdul) will have their hands on the Best Actor and Actress in a Leading role awards respectively.

Winston Churchill may be one of Britain's greatest wartime leaders, but in India he has been blamed for allowing more than a million people to die of starvation.

I like Gary Oldman but this is some ridiculous propaganda, more overt than Dunkirk. Churchill was an imbecile. Just the latest imbecile to get the revisionist history hero treatment.
