    Today was my second day on my journey to fitness. I really like the videos. I'm a senior in highschool and I haven't been really active. I hope to change that in the upcoming months. I want to be better. I want to feel better. like when I was a kid. thank you for taking time out of your day to help us reach our goals.

    Love your workouts guys but I wish this did not pop up on my screen. I am in recovery from body hatred and eating disorder. Fitness for it's own sake it ok we don't need before and afters.

    I want to sculpt my body in general, but mainly burn fat on my butt, make it smaller and sculpt it + burn fat on legs. You have a lot of videos and I can't decide which workout is the most suitable.. Could you help me with it, please?

    I've been using this YouTube channel for 7 days now and I work out once a day! I can't believe I've lost one pound every day! if you push through and put the effort into your work out with the videos you'll do great!

    I'm 17, 5"8 and weight in at 190. I eat 1,800 cal a day, no junk food like chips, or soda. I did a half hour work of hiit and lost 300 cal, i think that is 1500 xal a dayf I keep doing this should I loose weight? I also do 40 minutes of kickboxing 3 days a week. just punching and leg kicks.

    Man I love you guys!
    I've been struggeling with my weight for a few years now. I have been more or less regularily working out with fb for 3 years now. Allthough I sure have become a lot healthier I still have not lost that much weight because I keep messing up withmy diet. I know all the tipps and tricks but I just don't seem able to control my cravings… something just takes over when I see food. does anybody who struggles with the same have any tipps?
