FYI Just so you know after you turn your screen magification off turn it back on & it will give you a remote menu for your stick to manualy adjust screen that you can right down for future reference if the magnification doesnt fix your problem. But mine has been trouble free for months now .Good luck

When I go into settings on my firestick it won't allow me to relocate or recenter my picture nor do I see the 3 options. Is my system compromised in some type of way?

My screen is scrambled. Like how antenna tv used to look, or how your inputs look without picture, but mixed in with the picture.

I FIXED IT I SPENT 2 DAYS Trying everything on the internet and then some Including adding a 1 Generation stick remote hoping to fix this problem which came out of no where. I went to SETTINGS then to ACCESSIBILITY ( the only one I hadn't checked 20 times) and sure enough the SCREEN MAGNIFIER somehow was switched ON ! Dont know how that happened because I sure didnt do it. I still cant move arrows they are locked But I dont care because I have a perfect picture now on my 58" Toshiba and both my remotes 1 & 2 now work on same TV Only problem is my first generation unit for bedroom just died on me a week ago. Then I got the Frozen Calibration on main TV . I Cant get that one to reboot even though the remote is still good. Must be the Power source
Any suggestions ? I think Ive tried everything Good luck Let me know if it helped

I think that I may have found the solution. Wouldn't work for everyone of course. If your TV have over scan, Turn it off and this would adjust to normal. I hope this helps.

None of the comment below worked for me. In the end I manged to find the overscan setting on my tv in the advanced picture settings. I turned this to off and hey presto it worked.

To adust the arrows if there not moving. You have to go into your TV SETTINGS and change your aspect ratio. NOT the firestick settings. Your welcome

This does not work for gen2 firestick!!!!!!

I get to this screen and I get the arrows and they are all off the edges and no matter what buttons I press on the damn controller the screen does not scale!!!! There is a message saying "simply" go to your TV's zoom and overscan settings and adjust them there!!! Why the bloody fucking hell do they make me change the setting on my tv? Now every I got switch to another source the fucking picture is screwed and I have to go change the god fuckjing damn scaling on my tv!!!! I have a samsung 60 led flat screen. I can't recall the model and I am not near the tv.

Perfect. Thank you soooo much. Tried several other 'how to' but none showed this option….all about settings within Kodi 🤓

Hey guys, if you don't have the options to scale up or down on your fire stick, you have to hit the ASPECT option on your TV remote, and that'll make the screen fit.

If the scale size will not adjust
    1.turn tv off.
    2.Unplug power from firestick.
3.Unplug tv power from wall wait 15 seconds.
    4.Plug tv back in
5.Make sure tv is on the same input as firestick
    6. Plug firestick power source back in
Its basically a hard reset on your tv and firestick works everytime!!

anyone have a solution to not being able to adjust the scale size? Using the arrow will not allow adjustment (zoom in or out to get the screen size adjusted correctly)

the scale doesn't change on my screen. I used the arrows but the screen didn't zoom in or out. Also, the show I was watching isn't centered, it's too far to the right. what is going on with this device?

for some reason I turned on my TV and the display on my firestick was super tiny.
I'm doing what it says to do here except for some reason when I click up and down with the firestick remote, the screen isn't moving at all. It's just stuck there all tiny. What do I do?
