Thanks for an easy to follow tutorial but my pics and videos appear not the right way up and I couldn't find the right function key to flip them clockwise/counter clockwise. Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated!

For everyone's problem with not being able to find your pictures in the folder, like it's empty, make sure you UNLOCK your phone, re plug the phone, and press "allow" on the phone.

    This is good info.
But, is there any way to organize the iPhone photos into separate folders in Windows?
Is there any reliable third party s/w available?

Not quite what I'm looking for, what I need is when I transfer my phones from my iPhone 5s to the pc that the file name is the date e.g. 21.8.17_592693 (just like android). I've come from android to iOS and finding it hard the way iOS works. I find android is much more user friendly

This is not working for me. In fact this is what I had done, excepting that I had gone to the start menu to find my phone. When I click on internal storage, it tells me the folder is empty. Obviously, if I have a picture I am trying to upload, it is not empty. How do I fix this?

I know how to get the pictures to show on your folder, search in windows search: administration and then double click on: services, and scroll down until you see "Bonjour-service". then you want to double click on "Bonjour-service" and in the starting method you take "automatic" and then execution and ok and then unplug and plug in the charger in the phone and it should work! ๐Ÿ˜€

    Typical apple ๐Ÿ™
Both with android phone or windows phone, this procedure is very easy. Just plug the phone to the pc and go.
With iphone It's a procedure. Damn! Next time I buy a android phone.
