Wow, another great Ralli Roots Video. Question for you, I personally have those big umbrella lights and a Galaxy Note 5 for my picture's could you maybe explain more about the ring lights? I noticed that you have fantastic lighting, is that all you use and how many ring lights do you use? I currently have 2 umbrella lights with the big (I think) Cowboy lights. Would you suggest 2 ring lights? Thanks, again so much! You Guy's Rock!

Could you please do a video on your boxes and packaging. I know you have talk about first class shipping does that go with most packaging. The free boxes through usps are mostly priority mail boxes.

Sugar. I should have watched this before ordering umbrella lighting. I am using a Nikon D7100 and a Galaxy S8+ The lighting is challenging. Most of my photos aren't showing the "true" color of the object.

Do you sync your camera to your computer so the pics you take are automatically found on your PC? If so, how do you do it?

Hey guys, love your videos! Quick question: which camera do you use to film your YouTube videos. Also, what do you use to edit the videos? Oh BTW, I also sent other questions regarding another video via DM. Keep up the great work! Thanks a mil 🙂

You two rock! Totally going to invest in a ring light. I'm curious when you have something that's packaged — do you break a seal just to take good pictures? I've noticed some people's listings have images from other sites, but I'm guessing that's not the right way to do it.

Love Y'all. My camera photographs red, green, blues and purples differently than in person. My photographs don't look the same after uploading. How can I get true colors? I purchased 2 different cameras and still get off colors. Would O ring light help?

Great Video! What resolution do you set your camera on? I haven't sold on eBay for about 10 years, (been selling direct to collectors and other venues). I use a Nikon Cool Pix camera. But as I've been getting started back on eBay – 1/2 way through my listings I get about 3 out of 10 pictures flagged and I start all over again.

Thank you for taking the time to share what you guys use. I am definitely needing better lighting. And probably a mannequin. I have a sheer blouse with a tie feature that just isn't going to look right in a flat lay (white foam core board) or hanging. I also have trouble with skirts looking right.

You pack a lot of clear information into 6 minutes! Even use the ending to show us a working day. And it's colorful and creative with no boring repetitive, predictable explanations!

How to resell items that are good quality but never sell video would be helpful.  Sadly, I have way too much inventory I have relisted with changing the format to auction and lowering the price…sometimes, that has worked…Like the ring light idea !  Corie

Do you guys have issues with your white balance or the way the color of a clothing item is represented in your photos? I'm using an iPhone and natural light and I cannot get the picture to match the item. For instance I just tried to take a picture of a light orange colored shirt and in my pictures it basically looks off white…you can't tell it's orange at all! 🙁 I wanted to hold off on buying fancy lighting cuz I'm just starting out and with the natural light my photos look great but the color is rarely accurate :/ do you notice that at all with the ring light?

Another fun video!!  I'd love to see a video on a breakdown of the schedule of an average work week for the full time reseller.  I have a day job and sell Ebay on the side.  I'm interested in the break down of time spent sourcing and then when listing is done. Thanks!

I began taking photos with measuring tape. Have much less returns or I point out to them that "I provided measurements" when a buyer opens INAD telling me that "not true to size" then I ask them "have you looked at the photos with measuring tape" and then there's silence :)))

A video that I think would be extremely helpful would be a garage sale video where you film you looking at everything in the sale and picking from it, all the way to you bargaining with the person to get the price down a dollar or so. (Subtitles would probably be appropriate for some of this because you obviously don't want the seller to hear your comps.) In my opinion this would be much more informative than the usual talk about it in the car, as it gives us new sellers better ideas of what to look for and what's junk.
Love the videos, keep it up!
