    I'm like 5'3 I'm 15 and weigh 170.2 or less because I have lost weight, but no matter what I do I can't lose weight😭i exercise, eat healthy, or stop eating, and join sports and nothing works, and idk what to do😭😭

    I'm 5'4" and 95 pounds but I don't look that skinny I think I look fine (I'm 14 so)

    I'm 4'11 and I'm 100 pounds and I'm insecure about my thighs because they touch and are really thick.

    I'm 5'10 and 125 pounds. Which is kind of annoying because I am trying to gain weight because how underweight I am for my height. My thighs don't touch which I always think of as not beautiful, despite most people liking it.

    Uhhh Greg that girl in the blue, swimming would make her upper arms and shoulders thicker. I am a swimmer and my body is so disproportionate.

    Aye, when I was insecure about my weight I lost a ton and even when I was at my goal I just found more flaws. Kinda learned no matter what I'd do, I'd find something else to be insecure about. Really it comes down to recognizing that all bodies are beautiful so long as you are healthy. So many people find different body types attractive, or even a range of body types attractive; that's why there are so many models, celebrities, or idols viewed as ideal and beautiful with very different bodies ranging from curvy to skinny and just about everything in between.

    What would you suggest to loose weight if you dont want to become vegan or vegitarian? Help would be vety appriciated❤

    I'm 5'4" and I don't want to talk about exactly how much I weigh because it's too much (some people blame my genetics, but I don't think that's an excuse). I need help because I can't do it alone. :/

    My doctor said I'm in no way over weight I'm 5'4 and 130 but I still feel like crap

    I've been watching your videos for a while now and they truly help me with my body image. I'm a very skinny person naturally and I have a rib condition that causes my ribs to curve outward. Thus making me look even more skinny. It's one of my biggest insecurities but you have helped me make strides as far as confidence and loving myself. Thank you
