Leaves kind of an eerie feeling. Poor frogs, so many must have died. I love the sound of frogs. Ours are different here in Washington. With all the different species it always reminds me of an orchestra.

Wow, that was back when you could still see the pre-eruption ground in Leilani Estates.

That was great! Thanks! So sorry for those that have lost their homes though; that part is not great, except for being a great tragedy. God bless them with the provisions that they need. 🙁

Prayers for all those families affected by these eruptions. These videos show the vast destruction of new land being born, unfortunately many people used to live where it is being born now.

The logo in the upper left needs to be on the back of a long sleeved T-Shirt… These still images are really cool Scott. Quite the slide show!

Good photos Scott. When you get to another scene with rock and smoke/steam/gas, please try a photo with very low shutter speed. Make sure camera is on tripod. It should look interesting….

Wow!! It's hard to comprehend the vast damage done by this eruption from Kiluaea. I have been watching your vids since this mess all started, and the vast amount of damage has boggled my mind.. or mind blown.. whatever suits . lol I am so glad that you are a practical, no-nonsense kind of guy that doesn't have to sensationalize this event. You have seen friend's homes go up in flames, you have seen the aftermath of the first flows, have shown us what volcanoes are capable of creating and destroying. I truly appreciate your commentaries on the latest damage, latest overflows from the river of lava, and the state of the streets/roads in the area that has been most affected by this event. I'm glad that you got to get away to Hilo for a few hours, or a day. You need to refresh yourself from time to time too. Keep up the fantastic coverage, and take care . Hugs from a Canadian polar bear that's slightly damp from all the rain. 😉

I can't believe these are photos from your phone…..#8 sounds like the ocean sometimes. I think using it as background was a great choice. I wish YouTube would quit putting a small upcoming pic of the next video toward the end, they are doing that on everyone now it seems. I watch a lot of music too, it's annoying. Great job!!! 😀

Was that your mate Bill’s house that got flattened and can just see the roof? You’ve done a great job documenting all of this horrendous destruction. Thanks Scott 🇦🇺😎👍

Astonishing how there is utter destruction where the lava has flowed, yet everything appears completely normal just a few feet away from the lava edge. The photo of grass growing right up to the lava as if it was some ornamental rock planted in a garden demonstrates what I mean.
