Way past time to reaffirm a humble thanks to our bravery and dedicated Military Folks … and a pox on those unappreciative foreign politicians for their nasty, ill-ill conceived comments.

Beautiful; it brought a tear to my eyes just thinking of our soldiers who really are standing watch for our freedom while earning a very meager pay, considering they are in constant peril, eating cold food, sleeping with their rifles at the ready, while we eat delicious, hot meals and sleep in our warm beds. God, please watch over our Service Men & Women and keep them safe – Amen.

It is hard to express our feelings toward our military we hear about and see. There just are not words that mean enough to show how much those of us you have protected feel and appreciate your time, effort, love and devotion of country. When I see them in the airport or on the street….a lump comes to my throat and tears nearly too much to even say "thanks for your service". My dad and five brothers were in the military, and my mothers brothers as well, not sure how many out of five brothers. My husbands father ..26 years Army, my husband, Army…my brother Air Force. Proud of them all. One Uncle lost his leg in France. God bless each and every one. We don't see as many stand up and be recognized on Veteran's Day like we used to….but we know you are there. Please know the majority never forget!

This poem set to this beautiful and soulfull music just breaks my heart. 3 US Marines from our family, my brothers gone
due to varying forms of Agent Orange from VietNam……..Oh Dear Lord, we must insure that everyone remembers we are not
alone, there stand tall, those so brave, never to complain. We are still in a world that knows no limits to the violence. But, we
can sleep tonight.Pray for Delta 1/5 US Marine who are suffering from Agent Orange, please.

This is quite beautiful. So different from when the men came home from Viet Nam. Such a sad time for them….Americans should be ashamed at how this country treated them…. just say'n.

I remember the Christmas in Nam and the shows that Bob Hope brought to us. He was such an uplifting figure that made you forget for an hour just where you were. I will never forget the men I fought with and the sacrifices they made.

To those who "thumbs down" this, I say, phooey on them, but at least know you live in a country where you have that right, unappealing to me as it seems….
