    Do you need to write about context for both poems, or can you get away with only writing about it for one?

    So we have to explain the differences AND similarities? Or just similarities?

    @mrbruff
    Will the questions always ask for it in relation to power or conflict, or could it be something like "how does this poem and another poem present ideas about memories" (e.g. for poppies or remains) Thank you:)

    Hey I completed the English Literature Paper 2 exam recently however, ran out of time and didn't complete either of the unseen poetry questions . I think I answered both the Modern analyses and Anthology poetry question quite well , I also completed Paper 1 and think I have done okay on that ; am I limited to a pass or can I have done a lot better ?

    Quick question – I've seen a lot of these videos and they all seem to be talking about power. Will the question always ask about how ideas about power are presented? Exam is in 2 weeks so I need to be sure soon, thanks for everything!

    Is the question going to be on something generic like 'how does this poem present power and compare to another poem of your choice' or will it be something specific like 'how does this show power of man and compare to another poem'??

    Ay, 15 poems 3 books. Not too much. Wait, 21 modules of science? Oh, the whole of Apartheid, China, the civil rights act and the cold war? Oh, that's fine, completely fine….
