The poem was beautiful. The guy's voice was meant to have read those words. Also, the place this scene was put in the movie was perfect. We already spent time with the two main characters and it just adds to the audience wanting the two to work out.

This is magic- this movie is full of magic without anything overtly supernatural going on. I love it so much!

As poetic as this scene was, and I adored the movie, the poem though was utter narcisstic trash.

Before sunrise and before sunset might easily be my all time favorite movies.

Moments like these, kids…..Take them in.  You'll never know who you run into.  My parents were sitting in a café somewhere in Mougins, France (I think) sometime in the early 70's just a few years before I was born, and there was an old man sketching away at a pad of paper.  My mother started to feel a bit nervous when the old man kept looking at the two of them and then looking away back down to his sketch pad.  Just as he left, he handed my parents what he was sketching.  It was a portrait of the two of them sitting at the table.  He gave a nod of his hat, said goodbye in French and walked away.  My Dad looked down at the sketch, and suddenly realized who the man was.  Pablo Picasso.  And in his hands was a Picasso original.  That sketch is now with me, and it has and forever will be a private thing.  It was a sketch that was meant to be private, depicting a private moment between two lovebirds in France.  What a gift.  So, by all means….Cherish moments like the one in this video.  You just may be talking to a living artistic legend and never realize it at the time.

daydream delusion/ limousine eyelash/ oh baby with your pretty face/ drop a tear in my wine glass/ look at those big eyes/ see what you mean to me/ sweet cakes and milkshakes I'm a delusion angel/ I'm a fantasy parade/ I want you to know what I think
/ don't want you to guess anymore/ You have no idea where I came from/ we have no idea where we're going/ lodged in life/ like branches in a river/ flowing downstream/ caught in the current

The poem just delivered the film's overall message, making the film so great!
