John Denver was one of the best singers. He put heart and soul into everything he sung. He will truly be missed in heart. God Bless John!

His music is ageless – meaningful lyrics & beautiful and at times haunting melodies.

Thank you so much for this. I have the LP (along with ALL his albums) but no way to play them any more. His music is what got me through many many tough times.

This was an album my Mum had and played her records often including this one. As a child I listened and my heart was impacted strongly by it. At the end he recites the poem "The Box", it hit me hard then and still does. I look at the news an see the innocent children and people hurt, broken, dead in different conflicts/wars around world and I hurt and am saddened. I don't believe there is ever a winner in wars just lots of damage, brokenness on both sides. I implore you each one to "love your neighbour, your friends, your enemies" for this is a way to put the box of war in its box and bind it up with chains and locks, with a sign "do not touch, its War".

Some of us are growing old in Colorado and passing the pipe around in no small part because of John. Karma is cool and God is good.

My mom is a huge fan and folksinger; I found this album on record in a thrift store in perfect condition which I sent it to her especially since she can still play records. I love his music too; its poetic, energetic, and he was a true advocate through his music

Now, if only I could find the building he was photographed in front of?

    Any clue?

This was my third album after 'Back Home Again' and his 'Greatest Hits' album came out.
I was listening to John's music since PPM released 'Leaving On A Jet Plane'.
    C'mon, I was just a kid! LOL!
