Ingredients for this Mattar Paneer Recipe:
Oil – 4 tbsp
Onions – 6 (sliced)
Salt – as per taste
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1/2 tbsp
Tomato – 2 medium
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Bay Leaf – 2
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Kitchen King Masala – 1 tsp
Coriander – few leaves
Green Chili – 3 slit
Peas – 3/4 cup (boiled / refreshed(if frozen))
Paneer – 300g
Live Charcoal – 1 small
Ghee – 1/8 tsp
