Explosive movements with heavy weights is the best way to built muscle….and destroy your joint. Tom Platz was the precursor. They saw the results of this type of training rapidly because they were on anabolic steroids

Sad to see Dave be so unscientific about vaccination. The science has shown no link to autism, your rational of "maybe, I think, might" is beneath you

Dave, I can't believe you did not vaccinate your child. It's outrageous someone as educated as yourself could be so foolish on this issue. You put your child and other children in danger. The stupid "vaccines cause autism" argument has been shown to be false over and over again, how could you believe something so ridiculous? Much respect lost. I will seriously need to double check any information I get from you from now on.

Dave, realize that you now live in a subtropical climate and disease profiles are different than in NY. It is natural that doctors in South Florida would have different protocols than doctors in NY. Best wishes for the health of your family!

Shame on you dave for knowing the dangers of vaccinating and yet you still will vaccinate your kids because of being inconvenienced to having to homeschool..You make enough money to have a sitter or your wife take care of your kids education to secure your childrens health..but no..What is wrong with you?…i have warned a couple of parents about vaccinations and they didnt listen to me and had their kids vaccinated then afterwards having their kids have seizures and brain damage then they have the gaul afterwards to say to me..Why didnt I listen to you..i was such a fool..Now my kids are screwed up because of me…Thats right…Stop this before you regret it dave

I'm glad the government forces people to vaccinate their kids. If you live in the freaking jungle with your kids and they don't interact with other kids, go right ahead.

If sloppy form leads to injuries, Branch Warren will be bed ridden. No disrespect to Branch. I think he's great, but he takes it up a notch compared to Ronnie.

Dave – You really need to research vaccinations a little more. They have nothing to do with autism. Autism is clinically diagnosed around the same time frame as a portion of the vaccine schedule but the symptoms are seen well before the dx is made or vaccinations given. The researcher that propagated this myth is in jail now.

If you have problem with vaccinations, get them gradually over time. No nee to traumatize a kid with a whole bunch shots in one day.

vaccinations are perfectly healthy. Get a PhD in immunotherapy before you can comment and give advice about vaccinations. They force you to vaccinate because if your kids get sick, they can sicken and kill other people. We live in a society, not as a bunch of individuals who can give measles to each other. i DO KNOW. you kept saying you don't know. then go to a univeristy like I did and learn some things. OR, JUST STICK TO TALKING ABOUT BODYBUILDING WHICH YOU DO KNOW A LOT ABOUT.

The MMR vaccine link to austistic spectrum disorder is demonstrably false, but moreover, Austism Spectrum itself is overdiagnosed ten fold since it's inception into the DSM!! fuck psychology, it's most invalid field of medicine there is. Myself being halfway through a psychology/law double degree… fuckin hate psychology on both a conceptual and evidential level; it should not be respected as a profession… And I get the highest band marks, all high distinctions, i should be defending it. It's like Dave said, the gym is the best therapy. And I would to that, hard workouts with good music!!!

Forced vaccination is absolutely disgusting and completely immoral and not acceptable, please Dave do whatever is in your powers to keep your loved ones away from those vaccinations, i know you have probably done the research and seen the consequences and horrific (not just anecdotal but data derived) stories of brain damage, autism, even death and paralysis due to this evil fucking experiment with human lives, i would honestly rather move than have them stick that shit into my child! i dont know how they get away with this breach of human rights, more people need to put there foot down and refuse these parental decision making intrusions! absolutely disgusting infringement of false power and brutally forced authority!!!!

Dave you have a medical background so presumably you can read a peer reviewed science paper or meta-analysis. There is no link between vaccination and autism. Don't get your information from Jenny McCarthy.

I get my blood work done 3 times a year and I don't take drugs. I am vitamin D deficient so my doctor has put me on a 50,000 iu pill I take once a week. Started last week so I hope I don't get any side effects.
