it really depends on your teacher, mine is the owner of a big security company and teachers it so it is effective at streets and before i joined there i already managed to get brown in judo, shotokan and jujutsu and did some hwa rang do and kickboxing, out of all of them.. mma is the best in my personal experience, theres no limit on the things you can do and you gotta win by ko or tap out, karate for example is a point system, even the full contact karate isnt really full contact, same for TKD, jujutsu, very fun… but whatever you try to do needs to be perfect, an opponent that goes berserk will be too agressive for jujutsu to be effective

See the only way to teach hapkido is to demonstrate. Back at my taekwando place, I was always the guinea pig and when I would tap, he would press harder to show the other students the effectiveness as I groaned in pain

Most effective is Krav Maga if you look at the mastering span.. most of these takes a lifetime to master and if you look past the 1000s of foneys.. If your fitness and flexability is good from the beginning. You can master Krav Maga pretty fast compared to these others. different martial arts for different scenerios. these martial arts is a way of life.. Krav maga is head on dead or alive combat style. IMO

Wing Chun is almost worthless except for a couple of traps and a few punch combos any decent boxer to knock out of Wing Chun guy

Best style is knowing how to fight. (Punch, Elbow, Knee, Kick, Clinch, Wrestle, Takedown an opponent, Grapple and submit an opponent. So Muay Thai, Wrestling and BJJ and any other substitutes that teach generally the same stuff.

Actually , styles doesn't matters. It depends on us. But we need to think about Saolin,Muay Thai and kyokushin karate. But even on it, it depends on us.
