Apple steals all ideas, in fact, Deep End, a tweak that did this, was available through Cydia for a long time, and apple is just getting into live wallpapers of which they have one which android had had forever. in all actuality, there is no way to patent this and even if there was it would not matter. they never stole it, they just used it just like if you link a video on your video, you didn't steal the video even though you may make money off your video. it's all fair game

Im sorry but to say that apple "innovate" by introducing this to his lineup is wrong.. innovation is bringing something new fresh and out of the box in the whole industry, which is the smartphone ind. Apple just "added" this feature they didnt innovate…

I guess that;s where our opinions differ, lets agree to disagree shall we?

But let me ask you one thing. If you put years of time and effort and money to come out with an innovative and well made product or feature and then, some company not only takes it but also calls it their own "innovation" or invention. How would you feel?

Lol its seems you're the pissed of one.

Do you know what innovation means? It means to introduce something new or do something similar but improved in an inventive way. The gyroscope effect is a directlt copied, so by definition it's not innovative. And saying that because its new within a certain company therefore it innovative and not stealing holds no water.

So by your logic because it is the first time that htc used the nokia's mics for the one. Therefore it is htc's innovation? Right -.-
