Life Magazine Wallpaper Montage

I found a stack of vintage Life magazines from the 40’s and 50’s in my Grandma’s closet. I’ve always been fond of memorabilia from the olden days and have wanted to use them in a unique but practical way. This way I can enjoy the hilarious articles and advertisements every day!

One thing I learned from going through all those old magazines is that catvertizing was just as huge back then as it is now!

It took 16 hours to complete because I applied a layer of wall paper liner prior so that when it comes time to move, if the newcomers don’t have as quirky of a style as I do (God forbid), I can remove it easy enough.

Let me know if you would like a how-to.

    This is awesome!
If you wanted to remove the magazine pages, how would you do so? Would there be a problem painting after removing them?
